When I complete the Florida notary course, do you submit the application on my behalf?

No. We do not submit the application on your behalf.

After you complete the course, you must complete your Florida notary application and pay online. Once submitted, you will receive an email with your completed documents. You must print the documents, physically sign them with a “wet” signature, and mail them to the address listed in the application instructions.

The bonding company that receives your application will then issue your notary bond and Errors & Omissions insurance, if applicable, and submit your application to the State of Florida.

Please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for processing. Once approved, you will receive your notary commission certificate by mail.
