What Do I Need to Mail with My Florida Notary Application?

After completing your education course and filling out your application, you will need to print the application and complete all required fields, including any signatures.

For a Standard Florida Notary Commission, mail:

  • Your completed and signed application.
  • A copy of your Florida Notary Education Course Completion Certificate.

For a Florida Remote Online Notary (RON) Application, mail:

  • Your completed and signed RON application.
  • A copy of your Florida Notary Commission Certificate.
  • A copy of your Florida RON Education Course Completion Certificate.

Important: The Florida RON application requires notarization. If you completed your RON course through The Notary Education Group and are applying through us, we provide the required notarization at no additional cost.

Please note that your notary stamp is not included with your application. Once you receive your commission certificate and commission number from the State of Florida, you can order your official notary stamp and notary journal through our Notary Supplies page. This ensures your seal contains the correct commission information before it is manufactured.
