Why is my Florida notary course not showing 100% complete if I have completed all lessons?

Why is my Florida notary course not showing 100% complete if I have completed all lessons?

If your Florida notary course is not showing 100% complete, please make sure you are advancing through the course correctly.

Do not use the left-side panel to move from lesson to lesson. Instead, use the “Continue” or “Next” buttons within the course to properly advance through each lesson.

Also, if a lesson includes any PDF documents, you must both view and download the PDF in order for that lesson to be marked complete.

Once all lessons and required PDF documents have been completed properly, your course progress should update accordingly.
