Florida requires notary applications to be printed and signed before they can be submitted. After printing your application, you must:

Have a friend or acquaintance complete and sign the Affidavit of Character.

Mail the completed application and all required supporting documents to the address provided in your application packet.
Because the application requires original signatures, you are responsible for mailing your completed application to the appropriate processing office. Be sure to review your application before mailing it to ensure all required documents are included.
